# Cove and Visitt UI task journeys

> *AI-generated recommendations for discussion. These are not Nick’s recommendations or approved JLL/PRISM guidance.

13 goal-based maps connect all 58 documented UI flow maps. The two reservation journeys have screen-by-screen storyboards. Public video and animation links are indexed separately in [ui-task-videos.json](https://crefieldnotes.com/ui-task-videos.json).

**Evidence rule:** Each numbered stage inside a flow is drawn from public vendor documentation. A transition from one module or flow map to another is a research reconstruction unless an original source explicitly states the handoff. No authenticated customer-account journey was performed. Old training frames do not prove the current layout.

## Coverage and limitations

All 58 existing flow maps appear in at least one journey: 33 Cove and 25 Visitt. Related-task branches group distinct jobs; they are not a single product-enforced transaction. The video index includes official embedded recordings and two official help-center animations; some are references only, without captured frames. Missing public footage is a research gap, not a capability gap.
